returns & refunds

we don't accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. all sales are final.

every listing includes detailed photos and videos of the condition of the item. please review them before making a purchase. if you have questions about an item, email us at support@by-nyra.com before placing your order.

if you have concerns about authentication of a purchased item, please contact us at support@by-nyra.com within 14 days of your order's delivery date.

completing a purchase on by-nyra.com means you've read and agreed to these terms.

shipping

we are currently only shipping within the U.S. our processing time is 1–3 business days.

to prevent package theft, signature is required on all deliveries. someone must be available to sign for your package. if a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will hold the package and make additional attempts. please keep this in mind when placing your order.

please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. we're not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address. for any carrier issues, please contact them directly.

authenticity

every bag is personally sourced and inspected before listing. all items are authenticated through Entrupy. we guarantee 100% authentication for all products sold here or your money back!

by nyra LLC is an independent reseller. we're not affiliated with or authorized by any of the brands we carry. designer names are used only to identify the items.

privacy

we collect only what is needed to process and ship your order including your name, email, shipping address, and payment information. we don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

shopify payments and our shipping carriers receive only what's necessary to fulfill your order. our site uses cookies for basic functionality and to enhance your shopping experience with us. you can disable them in your browser settings.
